Celebrate the passion and power of German Romanticism with Mozart’s sparkling Magic Flute overture, Wagner’s epic Tannhäuser, Schumann’s sweeping Symphony No. 4, and Grieg’s beloved Piano Concerto, featuring Celine Eldira, a rising local scholarship soloist from Lely High School.
GermanFest brings together some of the most dazzling masterworks of the repertoire, brimming with drama, romance, and imagination. Mozart’s overture to The Magic Flute opens with luminous sparkle and Masonic grandeur, leading into a world of fantasy, wisdom, and adventure. Naples’ own scholarship soloist, a talented senior from Lely High School and winner of the 2024 Music Foundation of Greater Naples Scholarship, takes the stage with the first movement of Grieg’s Piano Concerto with youthful brilliance, bringing passion and promise to one of the most popular concertos in history.
